We start by coming to your home/apartment/office and doing a complimentary on site assessment and then provide a quote. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will return at no charge. All of our cleaners are thoroughly trained and we have practices in place to ensure quality control. One of the owners is always accessible to address and any needs as well.
