+ -1 moreWe hired to Crosstown to manage a five unit building we own in Brooklyn. We got the banking paperwork together for them and gave Sidney a small problem to handle regarding pest control. Three weeks passed and nothing was done. No bank accounts opened. No exterminator sent to the house, despite the fact that they had keys to the entire building. He actually called me and asked that I call Orkin, who I was able to reach the same day and schedule an appointment. We released Crosstown's services, or lack there of, after 60 days because we couldn't risk long term inactivity and ineffectiveness.
Description of Work: None of the services that we hired them to perform were done, except rent collection.
