I looked for a company that I wanted to work with. I decided on Astudillo. I asked for a general quote for the armchair and ottoman I then gave her the dimensions of the armchair and the ottoman. She emailed me the quote. I decided to add the custom down blend pillows to the order. I agreed to the price and set-up a time for pick-up. For the pick-up they were punctual and courteous. They required 50% deposit at the time of pick-up, and the rest at delivery. There was a fee for the pick-up and delivery. The job took about 3 plus weeks; a little longer then was quoted.
