handyman service, insulation, replacement windows, doors
 + 2 moreThey arrived when they said they would. As there was a lot of work to be done, there was a large crew at the house (about 8 guys). They removed and replaced all 20+ windows in 1 day. The insulation work was quite dirty and created a lot of dust, but they placed tarps on the floors and carpets. They were respectful of our home and took efforts to protect it. The workers were polite, asked if they could use the bathroom (we have only one in our house). They cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. When they completed the work, I showed Jimmy that one of the windows was damaged and he came back that weekend with one worker to repair it. At my request, Jimmy capped 2 windows that had been previously replaced in order to maintain the continuity of the exterior of our home. Overall I was very pleased. I would certainly have them work for us again.
Description of Work: We had ASK do an energy audit in March 2008. We were told the prices were good for 6 months. We contracted them to do the repairs in August and the work was completed in October 2008. The gaps in time between energy audit to completion of work was based on our needs. Jimmy was very helpful in giving us options to allow us to get the work done that we needed, but to do it at the lowest price. Jimmy was very professional. We had all of our windows replaced, insulation blown into all the exterior walls of our house, weather-stripping of all entries, replacement and installation of storm doors and sealing all cracks and joints. It was a tremendous amount of work.

replacement windows
 + -1 moreVery good experience. Jimmy, the guy I dealt with, was responsive, friendly and reliable. They managed to work around issues of old house, non-standard windows. Quality is good, and they returned to correct any issues, even small ones.
Description of Work: Installation of new windows, skylight, including very large picture window, and a new storm door.

 + -1 moreTHE WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS IS SUPERIOR IN CRAFTSMANSHIP. THE WORK WAS DONE IN THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR THE PRICE THAT WAS GIVEN. THE WINDOWS ARE BEAUTIFUL.
