They arrived when they said they would. As there was a lot of work to be done, there was a large crew at the house (about 8 guys). They removed and replaced all 20+ windows in 1 day. The insulation work was quite dirty and created a lot of dust, but they placed tarps on the floors and carpets. They were respectful of our home and took efforts to protect it. The workers were polite, asked if they could use the bathroom (we have only one in our house). They cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. When they completed the work, I showed Jimmy that one of the windows was damaged and he came back that weekend with one worker to repair it. At my request, Jimmy capped 2 windows that had been previously replaced in order to maintain the continuity of the exterior of our home. Overall I was very pleased. I would certainly have them work for us again.

Very good experience. Jimmy, the guy I dealt with, was responsive, friendly and reliable. They managed to work around issues of old house, non-standard windows. Quality is good, and they returned to correct any issues, even small ones.

THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS IS SUPERIOR IN CRAFTSMANSHIP. THE WORK WAS DONE IN THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR THE PRICE THAT WAS GIVEN. THE WINDOWS ARE BEAUTIFUL.
