Home Security System Service
did not listen to customer requirements...too many discussions to sort the need out....think they are still not satisified...waiting to get more instruction and info
...sales person not at all knowledgeable or reliable...missed and late appointments...did not seem to keep a record of decisions made
technical staff very nice and very good, but that doesn't help if the total package isn't there
arrived to install cameras but missing vital parts
failed to provide written instructions on how to operate
still waiting to see how to get video images onto smart phone
taken way too long (months) to get this job done
