Buffing and Polishing
Not only did I not receive all of the doorknobs back, but many of ones I received came back cracked. Only 22 were left in good shape. However, all the doorknobs were missing the screws which are not replaceable.
If you care at all about the item you are plating, do NOT use this company. They are unprofessional to say the least.
