Home and Garage Organization
We have a small one bedroom apartment in Manhattan and needed to create space for a baby's room. We were going to install a "fake wall" but then heard about this idea of using a wall of shelving, so that this way we are able to have a room divider plus storage space! We called Able Steel Equipment and told them the space we had available, discussed size and color options. Our contact at the company, Ed Morgan, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. After discussing our needs, he emailed us drawings of a few different options for the shelf spacing for our approval, along with the price quote. He also sent us color samples. Once we decided on a color and design, they delivered the materials on time (on a Tuesday) and had everything installed and ready the very next day. We are extremely happy with the finished product (see attached pictures) and highly recommend using this company for any storage or shelving needs (they also make cabinets, etc). We love our new baby's room and the best part is, when we outgrow this apartment, we can take the shelving with us when we leave!
