Mike did a great job in coming into my relative's Long Beach, NY home in the tremendously difficult time in the immediate aftermath of the flooding from Huricane Sandy, and assessing the enormous extent of the damage, and removing the damaged walls, floors, utilities, etc., and doing extensive and detailed planning and beginning the renovation, which involved obtaining scarce (after the storm) building materials. Before the work was completed, our family was able to sell the house, and Mike completed his work in good order.
