+ -1 moreTheir work was excellent. The salesman was very professional. They and the fence showed up as promised. They took great pride in their work and did a great job cleaning up. They were very knowledgable, answered all my questions. I am very hard to please, but they definitely did a great job. Their price was very competitive.
Description of Work: They did about a 100ft of 6ft privacy fencing with 2 single gates and one double gate.

+ 18 moreOverall, it really went smoothly. There were a few delays due to materials. This contractor is very neat and clean. Removed all my furnishings from the bedroom to another room, covered all & was careful with my belongings. Very trustworthy - no one was at home daily for the majority of the work. Takes a deposit for the work and then weekly payments, as needed. This contractor is available for questions, comments afterwards.
Description of Work: Price above does not include all materials. Sheetrock, taping & painting of 1 bedroom wall that was heavily damaged by a previous different contractor. Plastering, skim coating & painting of remaining 3 walls. Removal of old bedroom ceiling and replacing with new sheetrock ceiling. Installation of new electric outlets in bedroom. Installation of new ceiling fan in bedroom. Removal of bedroom rug and lining. Refinising of existing oak floor. Removal of old and installation of new bedroom and foyer doors. Replacing door jams as needed. New door hardware and knobs. Removal of old water demaged foyer ceiling. added a sealer. replaced with a new sheetrock ceiling. plastering, painted etc. Removal of wallpaper from foyer. Plastering, skim costing and painting of foyer. Removal of my fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors and then reinstallation in work site. Installation of new base moldings throughout. Installation of new foyer ceiling fixture & switchplates throughout. Roof repair around perimeter. Waterproofing exterior of windows that had problems. Also, winter-proofed from the interior all my wall and window air conditioners.

+ 18 moreThe entire remodel took about 10 working days. Mr. Lake and his workers were all very professional, friendly neat and trustworthy. They arrvied on time each day and worked an entire day. I was always made aware the day before if their work schedule would be different for the follwoing day or if a day off would be required. I received a daily phone call updating me on the progress of each day. The premises was cleaned and swept up at the end of each day. Floors was washed as needed. Professional paper and drop cloths were used to cover all exisiting surfaces to keep them in good condition. i was completely satisfied with the job and finished product. I would definitely use their services again.
Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel except for exisitng cabinetry, which was kept. New dry wall. New ceramic tile flooring in kitchen, outer large hallway and interior hall area. Taping, finishing and painting of new walls and exisitng closet doors. Installation of ceramic tile backsplash. Installation of all new appliances: refrigerator, stove, dish washer, sink, faucet and ice maker. Installation of all new lighting and ceiling fans. Repair of exisitng ceiling fans. Installation of new exterior front an back door lighting. Removal of old flooring, old paneling and moldings etc. Removal of all trash and garbage daily.
