The servicemen arrived on time and performed all work to our satisfaction. On the upstairs shower, they diagnosed the problem as stemming from an old water heater and suggested that it be replaced first or else the problem would re-occur. We appreciated their honesty and will have the aging heater replaced by them before fixing the shower.

This company does not always call back so quickly. They always eventually call back though. You may have to call them once or twice to remind them you are waiting but eventually they will call back. Once they do the work for you, they are excellent. The quality of the work is just there. They are so detail oriented and accurate and precise.

Highland was pretty good. He is a regular plumber. He does tree roots if they are getting into the main water line. He also does general plumbing work. He did the whole installation part of my boiler and the agreement is for him to maintain it. He is a good guy and he comes and does what he supposed to do. If you have an emergency, he actually answers the phone. He is very proactive and he tries to get here as quickly as he can. I mean as quickly as in an hour, not days.

I was extremely satisfied with their service. Although they had another job going on, Tom came to my home within an hour or two. He installed the new heater and removed the old one all by himself! I thought he did a great job and will definitely use them again.

WHAT A WONDERFUL COMPANY. I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THE COMPLETED WORK OF THIS COMPANY. THE TASK WAS A DIFFICULT ONE BUT THE PLUMBER WAS ABLE TO HANDLE THE JOB WELL AND QUICKLY.
