He remodeled a kitchen from scratch. After he got into the drop ceiling he found some of the support beams were sagging. He said we needed to go ahead and replace some of these to preserve the structural integrity. He doesn't like to work in Queens but he did for me as a personal favor. He quality is excellent and I am using him now.
