This was by far the best experience I've had contracting for house work in the last decade. The pricing was transparent, the contractor showed up EARLY, and he was extremely respectful of the house and keeping things neat and clean. The paint job was high quality and above my expectations. I will for sure be a future customer and highly recommend Brandon James Construction.

BJ and his crew were beyond professional, courteous and meticulous. BJ was not only able to understand but was able to execute the vision we had. His experience and unqiue design insight delivered an outcome that exceeded our expectations. It was a great experience. I have been in my house 42 years and have done 5 major projects and this was by far the best experience. The house is 110 years old which adds challenges all around. Brandon communicates regularly. He comes when he says he will come and they are incredibly neat cleaning up every day before they leave. He is meticulous in his work that was no small task in a very old house and in spite of the challenges got everything to work. He does quality work at a reasonable price and he has a good sense of style and quality. He will be my go to person for any jobs in the future.

Brandon James Construction did a phenomenal job through all phases of this rebuild project. First, their estimates were very fair - and they made sure to call out the true scope of the project was up-front, including any exclusions. I appreciate this rigor up-front to prevent any downstream surprises. Second, the team was punctual, courteous and extremely clean to remove all debris created throughout. Third, their attention to detail was excellent - and they made sure to obtain my signoff at various points throughout the process, ensuring satisfaction. Finally, the team went above and beyond the call of duty by providing additional services - oftentimes the last mile is the hardest to complete on these types of job. Not with BJC! A++ performance. Will definitely hire again.

Brandon did a phenomenal job at my house. We had to paint the entire interior of a small house (880 sq ft). I simply requested a quote for interior paint and the money was right. Brandon made a used rental property look like new again. All wall damage was fixed and spackled along with all the trim and all doors. I would certainly use Brandon again and have no issues with recommending him to any one.

The paint looks fantastic. Brandon was responsive and provided a good estimate immediately after doing a walkthrough of the home. He kept me informed of the progress during the job and went the extra mile taking the time to get all the details perfect. Brandon and his team were always on time and kept the site very clean. I’ll be calling him back to do the exterior in the spring. Highly recommended!

I needed my whole house repainted and decided to call Brandon for an estimate because he was referred to me by my friend. Since the initial estimate, Brandon was very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable on the work that needed to be done in my house. His prices are reasonable and fair, considering the professional work he produces. Not only is Brandon's work exceptional, his workers are also very skilled and talented as well. I trusted Brandon and his workers in my home and trusted that he would deliver the caliber of work that he promised. It went very well. Brandon did was was contracted for, cleaned up every day and the place looks great. His work on the flooring and kitchen installation was outstanding.

Beautiful job. Meticulous care given to the complete job from the spraying of opaque stain to the hand painting of trim. Cleanup was amazing each day (there were no drippings or spots anywhere). They were respectful, on time, and easy to reach. He always asked if he had a question. Neighbors and friends loved the finished look. Would call him for any future painting to be done.
