I was pleased with them.  They came out and fixed my problem and I have had no problems so far.  They were very professional.  I would recommend them to others.

It took two weeks to get the actual service call performed--they came once and looked at the tub and said that they did not have the necessary materials. I was ok with that but in the mean time, I had to use pliers to turn my faucets on/off. The service gentlemen were great but I guess I was in shock when I got the final bill. I had been told an estimate---the price for the parts, and, what the labor price was per hour for one person. What they did not mention was that because there were two men working, I ended up paying almost double in labor. Plus, they had to leave, pick up parts and come back. That time was part of my labor charges. Their work was GOOD!--I have had them before and I am always pleased with the end result but if you are using them, make sure you understand the LABOR charges up front. I guess this is my fault and I will NEVER make this mistake again. I have said up above that I will not use them again. I will try another plumbing company if I need to. Basically nice people but really EXPENSIVE for the time that they were here....

They came and went very quickly. They did the job right the first time and we haven't had anything go wrong with it yet. They got right to work and did a good job. The serviceman was polite and introduced himself professionally. The company was really helpful to me when I called them. They came on schedule and were reasonably priced.

Everyone from Sparks Plumbing is very professional. They are very experienced, and have a very good reputation. I would definitely recommend them.

I am not happy with the work Sparks Plumbing. The bathroom sink faucet squeaked after they were done. When we told them about it, they said that they did not guarantee their work. I feel Sparks Plumbing was reluctant to come back out.
