First, the crack was filled and sealed but the mark that remained was in my line of vision. So they came back and replaced the windshield.Both technicians were polite and efficient.You do not indicate which letter is best and which is worst, so I used A as best.

Safelite AutoGlass is the contractor for my auto insurance company. Initial contact and making the appointment went well, I received a confirmation e-mail and phone call the morning of the appointment from the technician assigned the job. When he arrived, the technician did not want to do the job with the tools he had at hand, due to damage caused by a windshield replacement performed by a different company. When I called to reschedule the work, the receptionist I talked to informed me that the work order had been closed because my vehicle had been sold. After making the receptionist understand that I did indeed still own my vehicle, I got the first available appointment. A different technician called that morning to confirm when he was coming, arrived early, did the repair successfully, cleaned everything up, and was a complete professional the entire time.

Safelite Auto Glass I used them approximately two months ago.  It was free and my windshield cracked and the insurance covered it.  They are reliable, they are fast, they are friendly and they are willing to answer any stupid question anyone has.  They were awsome.  We were very pleased with them.
