Robert's roofing did a great job replacing our shingles that blew off and then checked our entire roof for any other necessary repairs that had to be done. The crew was very professional and thorough. We received a bill a week later and they were very reasonable.

They did an amazing job.  Jamie is very knowledgeable and helped us end up with exactly what we wanted, which was a dark color with white trim in Vinyl.  It turned out great.  I am picky, and I could not find a single thing that they could have done better.  The job site was clean at the end of every day.

Robert's was one of several quotes, it was not the lowest, but their reputation is solid.  Also, Jerry picked up on the issue with the attic.  He looked at the lack of soffit and asked if I was having problems.  I actually was having major issues with ice damming and leaks, but my understanding is that it could not be fixed with the way the house was constructed.  He talked through a plan with me where most of the work was actually being done already with the new gutters and siding so it was an inexpensive add-on.  He was right and the house looks so much better with the new soffits, it added great curb appeal.  
Due to being backlogged it did take several months from contract to the start of the job.  That put us on a winter install which took all winter due to weather.  Luckily we had a mild winter compared to normal.  It was a challenge for the workers and me having the exterior off for part of the winter.  But it ended well.  The quality of the work was excellent.  Due to gaps in the work, I was able to see how various parts were installed and layered.  There was a lot of care in how it was installed for water and air protection.  Cuts were made uniform.  Care was taken around utilities and openings.  I am usually a DIY person and do my own renovations as a landlord, I am a picky person and I was very happy with the job.
Cleanup was good as well.  Out of an entire tear-off and re-install I found one roofing nail left behind.  It was impressive.  They returned unused materials to save me money and left any un-returnable materials for me for repairs.  I'll note that there was very little material left over and I like having backup material.
I plan to have them install entryway doors for me in the future.

We were having a few problems with some leaks in our ceiling and called .Roberts roofing. They came and did an analysis of were the roof leaks were coming from and repaired them. They told us if the problem was not completely solved to call them which we had to do for one of the areas. They came back made additional repairs that completely solved our problem. They were very professional and a joy to work with. Best of all they kept to their estimate price even though they had to return for additional repair. I would highly recommend them.

Company was very professional and addressed any concerns. Roofers arrived on time and worked in a timely manner to complete the project.

The only issue we had was that we signed the contract almost 6 months before they started the work which I was unaware of at the time we signed the contract. Jerry, the owner, was very responsive to all phone calls, questions, concerns and was able to work with us on every request. They stuck to the budget, the main employees were very professional and polite. The project was completed in a timely manner once stared and overall we are very happy with the result. We will continue our house restoration and renovation projects with them in the future. It is nice to be able to trust your contractor and their employees.

I have used their services many times and my children have as well for at least ten years.Everything has turned out excellent. Jerry is ultimate in professionalism. He has a great crew and they clean up well after the jobs are complete. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I used them last year. I am very happy and it's very expensive though. About the pricing, I think they are comparable with anyone else and it was reasonable for $9000. It was an outstanding and did a phenomenal job. Our roofing was good. I mean, their professionalism was great. They were completely honest when there is someone in and get what I was after. They did a phenomenal clean-up job. They would never even know I had that full tear of the roof. They did great and asked for better. They were really good, I will recommend them to anybody and that was great.

Alrthough Roberts was not local (25 miles), I had Roberts give one of my 4 estimates becasue Angie's List gave them high ratings. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED !
From the initial office contact with Denise, to the final and quot;trim fixand quot; of the skylights today all went well.
Michael Campell made the estimate and gave some good advise that non of the other estimators discussed - my lack of soffit vents. The estimate was fair and staight forward. Serveral others said and quot;if we find this or that, more chargesand quot; etc. Roberts just did the job without any negative what ifs. In fact the 2 sky lights had to have some unexpected trim done because of the way they were installed 30 years ago. In and out in a half hour with a perfect job! All other companies wanted down payments, Roberts and quot;payment in full when completeand quot; - the mark of an established and professional companyand gt;
Chris and his crew did a thorough three job, explained what he was doing, and cleaned up better than I expected. He and the crew were hard working, personable professionals - a real asset to the Roberts Company.
I was out of town when the gutters were installed, but again well done with perfect clean up.
All in all anyone shoud give them a chance to estimate any work they perform. I would not have found them w/o Andie's List....

They were the only company out of 5 that got back to me to do the work. They came the same day. They even mailed a bill to me so I can pay an alternate way.

They did a very nice job. They cleaned up well after the job, and they stuck with the time frame that they told us.

I really like the service. The guy that came out to give me the estimate was really nice. He understood what I was looking for. He really explained the material to me too. It was a flatter roof and he explained the newer materials to me. They cleaned up really well which is something you want.

It took awhile from the initial notification to do the job to getting them here to do the job, however, their work is professional and that is more important than someone else arriving quickly and doing a poor job. Was it worth the wait?...Yes it was and I would do business with them again based on the quality of their work.

The job was done very well. Have not had a problem since. They realigned the gutter and put in new supports, which helped to insure correct drainage. I am surely going to use them again for work in the near future to replace the gutters. I thought their work was very well done.
