We began to notice that they did not edge the driveway or sweep it off (we had swept night before and power washed). We also noticed that sealant was slathered overtop of our mulch in our flower garden and about 3 inches ON TOP of grass on other side of driveway. We called to ask about their protocol and they offered to have someone come take a look. The next day I received a voice-mail saying they came and fixed all edging but "thats how everyone wants their edges, (heavy)". Came home to chunks out of our mulch and chunks of sealant all in flower bed. Will never use this company EVER AGAIN.

We don't like them, Long time ago they just did the ceiling job for us, they are very big in this area but we don't particularly like them, There are companies that do better work who use a better sealer and longer lasting. The owner talks too much he would talk to you all day long I don't hire somebody to come an talk to me.

We called the company and they came out to do a quote within 2 weeks of placing the first call.  We accepted their offer and sent signed paperwork back the following day (6/30/15).  Three weeks later we still had not received a phone call giving us an estimate on when this work would be completed.  Called the office twice and was told they would call us back.  A week later they finally returned the call and said they were coming the following day to complete the work (7/28/2015).  So a month after paperwork was signed is when the work was finally completed.  We also require a sealant to be done two months later and after calling to schedule that they said that they can not guarantee they will be able to do it before winters hits because of timing and workload.  I figured considering the fact we just had part one of the job done on our driveway that they might be able to accommodate us for part two.  I don't really know how to access the actual work on the driveway since it's just recently completed, but it seems to be a good job.  My main issue with the company is lack of communication and service.  I understand there is a short window of time for this job considering our winters and I'm sure they are busy, but I believe the company should be capable of better planning and client service.

This is the first time I've needed to seal the driveway, so I didn't know what to expect. I must say I was very happy with the end results.
The office was courteous when I called to schedule the work. They came the day they promised, and the driveway looks great.
Since I never had to have a driveway sealed before, I didn't know what I needed to do first. E.g. removing debris and edging the lawn. The only complaint I have is that I would've preferred a checklist of things I needed to do, and a list of the things they were going to do for me. There's nothing currently on their website that communicates this information.

We have been using Rand M Paving and Sealing for years for different things; at least 5 years. I think they do decent work, their office staff are very nice, and the guys who do the sealings are okay. They seem to be young college kids that they hire for the summer, but they are good. We think their rates are reasonable; much more so than some of their competitors that we have gotten quotes from. We will use them again, because we are thinking of putting in an asphalt driveway at our other apartment building.

Overall I would not recommend this company for the reasons stated above.

The workers of R and M Paving and Sealing were good. They arrived on time and were professional. They also had a fair price. However, after the work was completed and paid for, they wouldn't help us with any of our questions or problems.

R and M Paving were fine, we were happy with them. It was not the first time we had them and we will utilize them again. We have been satisfied with their work so we see no reason to go elsewhere. They are very reasonably priced.
