Mike the owner, came and provided the service. He was actually 5 minutes early which has never happened in the home service field before. He was very professional explaining to me the process and the aftercare which no carpet cleaner has ever explained to me before. I left and when I returned to my home several hours later the carpets looked brand new and some stains that were in the carpet were gone. THey provided an outstanding service and I was thrilled with the results
