Excellent. Dan was thorough, honest and professional. He was punctual, checked items others might have overlooked and went out of his way to provide an accurate appraisal. When a problem developed during the mortgage process, he volunteered to write a letter which ultimately solved the problem so we could complete the mortgage process.
