It was fine. They were good at communication. We had a lot of rain an so they had to postpone a couple of times but they kept me informed along the way. I spent about $2300.

They did a fabulous job. I have the beautiful kitchen of my dreams and I have a gorgeous master bathroom. The quality is impeccable. If you saw the the wood work at my house, they just went way above and beyond what we even dreamed of. It's unbelievable. I needed a gate in the kitchen for the dog and he built me a gate that looks like my kitchen cupboard. It is amazing work! Their punctuality was very good. They were here first thing every morning. He corralled my dogs for me because at that time I had 2 and they would be too excited, and the construction guys were here so he would have to walk them in to the den and get them into the barricade that I had built with cables and stuff to keep them out of their way. He would just come in with his coffee in his hand and say, "Come on." and the dogs would follow him to where they were supposed to be. Their professionalism was very good. We will use them again definitely. We have one more bathroom that hopefully in the next couple of years we are going to have done too.

Mr. Patterson explained the necessity of replacing the roof. We ran into some delays because of the terrible weather this spring. Brandi from the office kept me informed along the way so I never felt that they had abandoned me.
They arrived on time and did a great job on tearing off the roof and replacing it. They also reinstalled the fascia and gutters.
I was most impressed that the site was totally cleaned up before they left. They even cleaned up the spring gunk from the tree on my patio. The workers were fast, professional and polite.

- Very poor experience;
2. Tech arrived 1 hour after scheduled time, got totally lost twice.
3. Showed up at my residence first instead of my daughters house where I was waiting, and inspection was to take place.
4. Inspected roof areas and took pictures with a cell phone camera which I couldn't even distinguish in the sun.
5. He said a couple spots needed tarring, but failed to bring any tar with him knowing that he might be required to do some tarring.
6. Tech said he would have to come back in the afternoon to make repairs. I told him that I was not available to meet him again. I
took him at his word and was able to confirm that he did return to finalize the repairs.
7. All this transpired approximately Apr.15.
To date have only received only a undistinguishable verbal voice mail message and no pictures or a hard copy report as stated
in deal.

The office staff person was courteous about setting the appointment and also responded well to a request for a slight delay.
The roofers repaired a seal that was letting debris into my skylight and also diagnosed and fixed a problem around a vent pipe on the roof that might have been the cause of some winter ceiling damage. They inspected my roof and did not try to sell me on any unnecessary work. They were on time, courteous and capable.

They did an excellent job! This part of my roof has been a problem for 20 years! Finally the guys from Patterson's have restored my faith in contractors! They were efficient, pleasant and determined to do the job "The Right Way!" Would I use them again? In a heart beat!

overall everything was just fine. They did haven to come back out several times and employees couldn't have been nicer. The problem was with the thermostat and getting the furnace and air conditioning to both work on the thermostat. They also had to fix a leak on roof where furnace vented out. They did fix everything.

The estimate was promptly given, they showed up on time and kept us in the loop. Doug is very knowledgeable. They do what they say they are going to do at a reasonable price, on schedule and on budget. We are very satisfied and recommend him to all our friends who need work done.

When he actually did make it out, the service was good. He did a great job with explaining all of the options. We didn't end up going with him, but it was a good experience. The only problem was that he had to postpone and reschedule our appointment twice before he ever made it out.

After talking to a few other contractors for a simple kitchen installation we decided to go with Doug Patterson. The day of the estimate was professional and then Doug actually talked to me as a person, instead of just a job. They came as quickly as they could which was less than a week because our cabinets were delivered before we hired a contractor. Doug knew this and made sure they came to start the job as quickly as possible. The employees that came to our house asked many questions and worked with our wants and needs which made us feel comfortable with their professionalism. The guys knew what they were doing and listened to what we wanted. They even found some mistakes that other contractors had made while measuring our kitchen and made sure we had everything done well and also that it looked just as well. The kitchen install went great and when we thought about hiring them for our flooring at the same time the discrepency between them and others we estimated seemed a bit high. On the last day of the job there was a big electrical issue that the guys tried to fix and called in their own electrician to come the next morning as soon as possible to fix it. Their electrician did the job professionally, in a timely manner, and actually fixed a few other problems that he found. We are considering them for the glass tile backsplash we need to finish in the kitchen after the counters are put in. Overall, Patterson General Contractors were professional, quick, and we have already started to refer them to friends.

Overall, it went very well. We had some issues with the flooring installation, but were able to quickly come to a mutually agreeable resolution and move forward with the job. Doug Patterson and his crew (particularly Jeff Lesser) were highly professional, skilled, flexible, and customer-focused. At one point, the work created a minor plumbing leak that was not detected until the weekend, and they came out and spent several hours on a Sunday morning remedying the issue. The quality of work was very high, and in particular the finish work was meticulously performed. We are very happy with the final results, and would highly recommend Doug, Jeff and their crew. We plan to use them for future jobs.

He's a guy that is very trustworthy and follows up on everything that he says that he will do. Patterson Construction is very accurate on the estimates and the actual final price. He has a large crew and he is heavily insured, a large company not a fly-by-night one.
