Description of Work: Tom Miller tuned my Kawai studio model piano, including properly adjusting the sostenuto pedal (middle pedal), which was causing the lower octaves to sound longer than they should. He did an excellent job. Human tuners are aided by electronic tuners, but the person still need a very good ear, and Tom clearly has that. The tuning took 1 1/2 hours (about what I expected) and I was charged $88 + tax, which is a reasonable fee. I make part of my living as a classical and church musician, so my piano is important to me. I would/will definitely call Tom again when my piano needs retuning.
