MH Flooring

Took the money $1750 and did not show up to work. Cancelled appointments several times. Demanded I pay in full before job started. Did not offer to give me references for the job I needed which is tile and hardwood, said he worked for Home Depot - when I called them, they said he onl does carpet installation. Took $250 from me for a roll of tar paper I can get at homedepot for 17.50 Unprofessional, do not hire him.

Very Bad... DO NOT HIRE!!! The were not on time, unprepared, rushed thru the job, unprofessional and unresponsive to my requests to return. My husband paid them before the job was completed and they did not come back to finish. We were left with a one leaking toilet that they reinstalled improperly and one toilet left in the bathtub. The trim was not completely installed and what was done was shoddy. My husband actually had to buy them 3 different saw blades so they could finish the job since because their equipment was unprepared. We had to hire a plumber and a carpenter to complete the work they left undone.

Matt left his crew unsupervised. They were unskilled. They cut the bottoms off of our historic, 1850s church-style arched doors. They did not install the hardwood flooring and demanded payment the same day. 
We paid $300 per Matt's request. The crew did not return, and Matt did not take accountability. 
He then claimed that he did not know his employees were unskilled so he fired them. He promised to make good on the damage to the doors and to return the $300. We agreed to accept only $300 and call it a day--but he reneged on that.
Matt then agreed to exchange services for our troubles. 5 months later, he has not shown up to perform a 15-minute carpet repair, despite regular text messages, phone calls, and emails, promising he will arrive "tomorrow." His last communication was that "it's on us" to track him down, schedule him, and ensure his arrival, despite that we have been attempting to do so since January.
MH Flooring ruined our doors, took our money and ran.  
Matt placated us for months and nothing has been resolved. Very disappointed.

Everything went great. Carpet looks great and the service was excellent.
