I like that they were friendly, they were approachable, and they were the kind of people you trusted in your home. The work was good although I didn’t like that they bid low on the job to make sure they got the job then during the job they complain a bit that things would cost more to do the way we wanted them to do. I was kind of why did you bid so low on the job. It was like they got the job and then they hummed in hard if things had to be done right. There were a handful of things after the fact that you could tell they cut corners, it was a like a thing where you’d look at and say like “ who did this a bunch of hacks”. Overall it’s not bad but when you look close at the work you can see it is not high quality. Mike the guy who owned the company was ok but he kind of lack confidence and he would beat around the bush and say well we can’t do certain things because it’s too expensive and we’re gonna have to do it this way. He was a nice guy and when he was in your home you weren’t like this guy is gonna steal something or hurt my children or anything like that. He needed to be more confidence and talk more assertively about what he could do and what he couldn’t do instead of winning and stuff.
