my main complaint is lack of responsiveness from the company. When I ordered the parts, I would have reconsidered if they had told me it would be three months on backorder. My calls and emails were not returned or were delayed in being returned. When the parts finally arrived, they were not as advertised and, though the catalog guaranteed them to fit, they did not. I sent pictures to their customer service hoping they had just sent me the wrong parts. I lost another week waiting on a response which did not come. I finally called them again and was told that their vendor for the parts had sent the only thing they had for that application and they offered to take the parts back for a refund. Well that's fine except for the time I've lost. I never had the feeling that they were working to help me, especially when I had to take most of the initiative in moving the process along. As a footnote, the people on the phone were pleasant but they just couldn't help me.

All the parts were in stock except for one that was no longer carried at this present time.They will price match if you find prices cheaper at another dealer.

I don't have any bad experience with them. It's all been good over the years. We've used them probably for 15 to 20 years.

Everything was very good. Parts were delivered on time and were of excellent quality.

They sell parts for Ford only, and they let you know right away if they don't have it in stock.

I own two classic cars. One is 1937 Chevrolet and 1947 model T Cooper. They are a very good company to deal with. Their quality is great and the product that they have is good. If I have any technical issues then I can always talk to them over the phone and they are always happy to help me with it. They have excellent quality of merchandise.
