Lockport Athletic & Fitness Club

It was a good experience. I have been using them I think since April. I like them I lose weight. It is a nice clean club. The trainers really trying to motivate you. The staff is very friendly. I would use them again in the future.

They have a wide variety of programs and classes that would probably fit your needs.

Lockport Athletic and Fitness Club is very professional, very clean, and a comfortable setting. I have gained weight recently and you don't feel like people are looking at you. There are people more my age there. I think that it is a comfortable setting where you don't feel like you have to be a little model going in or for a guy they don't have to be the big, buff guy. You feel very comfortable. If you are older you feel comfortable going there. Very professional, very polite, and clean. They have spray bottles next to the machines to use after you have used the equipment. I joined for the year and paid up front, but you could pay month to month also. Either way the price was reasonable. They welcomed us to the gym. I will use them again and I am going tonight.

It is so clean in there; it is spotless. It is a very busy gym; I take a shower there because their shower is cleaner than mine. The owner is so friendly and accommodating; he has good rapport with the staff and people that go there. The classes are by professionals and are awesome. Where you pay for a class extra somewhere else; they are included in whatever you pay at Lockport. Insurance covers a lot of the price for some people, like the elderly. They have special classes for the elderly and all different age groups including yoga, spinning, fitness training and Zoomba; you name it. I am there almost every day. April, the girl at the front desk, answers the phone at 5 a.m. so cheerful; she is so nice. They also have someone there to help you with nutrition and have contests for biggest weight loss and such.
