I have been with Hillman's since 2008 when I bought a used 2005 Prius with 34K miles from a delaer. That car now has 214,000 miles on it, and Hillman's has done my oil changes, repairs, tires etc.
They are super honest, friendly, reliable and can clearly tell you what
is necessary to do for safety and what repairs can wait until a later
date. I've never had an auto mechanic do that before.
Their new facility has a pleasant place to wait for your car if you wish, but they have also driven me home (about 7 miles away) when I needed to get back home.
They are also always lower in price than the dealer.

They have a new office, a nice room, and cool staff.

After replacing both rear springs and struts a 4-wheel alignment was to be done. It either wasn't done or the mechanic didn't know what he was doing. When I first drove the car, it fishtailed on every bump and one of the strut mounts was broken and clunking (don't think they test drove it after working on it). They did replace the mount, but no other alignment. It wasn't until much later that I found out that the lack of proper alignment was causing the car to fishtail. This was several months later, so I did not call them on it.
