I am very happy. The work went well. Mr. Flanagan was punctual, easy to contact and answered all my questions. He's also done work for my mother, sister and uncle.

We had a negative experience. It was difficult to make contact with him. He was not communicative. We had to make repeated phone calls to him. The job wasn’t done right so we had to get hold of him back. He quoted me $220 to $250 but when bill came, it was $310. He did not explain me the difference. I sent him $250 with a note and asked him the reason. I wouldn’t hire this guy to do anything. I would advice others the same. The quality was okay. He seemed to know what he was doing. It took him three times to do the work. We would not use him in the future.

He was professional. He showed when scheduled, did what was assigned and billed within estimate.

He Was A Very Professional Older Gentleman. It Was Like Hiring My Dad. Had Nice Conversations In Between And During His Work. Would Use Again In A Heartbeat!

He came in assessed the house at first. He got the materials that was needed and he went to work. I wish everything was that simple. He did a good job explaining everything to me as well.

We have used him many times and he is very good and we are pleased with him. He wired the porch that was converted into a 4 season room. He also wired studio that we had built and he is extremely professional and wastes no time. He is top quality and his prices are reasonable.
