DH RR Gutter Install & Cleaning

Worker came to my house, with one of his young workers. When I met them they were smoking pot in my driveway. Worker took off gutters, downspouts, and even offered to fix a wall in my home. Worker took my money, didn't complete the job. Gutters, downspouts, are still on the ground. The wall is knocked down in my kids room. Worker took off with $1200 and my materials. I called Several times, on all 3 cellphones Dennis Green gave me. BBB Attorney General and Angie List notified. Stay away from this Company. This is the true meaning of finniacial abuse, to single widowed ladies. Disgusting, and criminal

Worker called me at 7am on 7/12/25. Worker arrived at my house at 9:30 am. Worker had another worker with him smoking pot in my driveway. I kindly ask to not do that on my property. Worker walked around my house and I showed him what I needed to be repaired. Worker immediately took down all my gutters, and downspouts around my home. I asked worker for an estimate and a written contract. Worker said he didn't have any at that time. Worker said ( Dont worry I got you) Worker than left for 3 hours. I called worker, and he finnaly picked up his phone saying he was picking up a deposit for another job. I waited... Worker arrived back to my residence at 2pm. Worker said he needed to go to Lowes to get materials for the job. He asked for $1200 and I have it to him. Worker came back after Lowe's and said he had an emergency and had to go. I said put all materials in my garage. Worker and his helper said they would be back. I said ( you cant leave my house like this) Then following day the worker contacted me 7/13/25. Worker showed up with no helper. The Worker said ( My helper isn't here so I cant to the job today.) I said ( Put the gutters back up like they were before you took them down. Worker said ( I cant) I said Im going to have to call the authorities. Worker put up old materials. Prior to putting back the gutters, the worker said he could fix a wall that was damaged in my son's room. Worker knocked down the wall, and I had drywall already to give to him to fix it. Worker cut the drywall to fit the wall. Worker got mad because I asked for a contract again. Worker said ( Im sorry I cant help you if you are going to bitch about the contract.) I said ( You came to my house to work. I said Im entitled to a contract, and an estimate. The Worker refused to give me a signed contract. The Worker refused to provide me his contract license number. The Worker refused to put the $1200 worth of materials in my garage. I got very upset. I called a friend. My friend told me to call the police. When I was on the phone, the worker left my house stealing my $1200 leaving a hole in my kids bedroom, and not completing the gutter and downspout job.
