I was so appalled by the actions of one of the employees that came to the house that were unprofessional . They also shoved the wrong size filter in the furnace and never said a word till I complained and he mailed it. I had to contact the better business bureau to address these issues and the work on the hwt not being what he agreed to do. He also only wrote a receipt for the furnace that and documented part of my payment...the part that was charged. The part we paid cash I had to insist on being documented. When they came back to fix what they did, my sub pump hose was suddenly spraying a leak and he was unprofessional again. The pipe end also came off the side of the house in less than a day.
