We used 4M inspect for our new homes inspection and the repairs needed for the house we were selling. For the inspection Pete was very thorough, he took the time needed to check everything out. He was very professional and returned the inspection report very quickly. Regarding the repairs, 4M was very reasonably priced and was able to get everything done quickly. Everything was repaired just as promised. They were friendly and I felt completely comfortable having them in my house.

Pete was extremely knowledgable and attention to detail was noticed. He is professional, thorough, honest and punctual. We received the home inspection report back by the next day and he was very responsive to any questions we had. The report was laid out well, with photos and easily understood by us. Pete's knowledge of home construction was evident.
Pete also had completed work on steps at the home we were living in prior to moving. He built a new set up steps going up to the home and safely secured them, because they were not properly secured before by the builders. He cleaned up all materials upon completion and left the area looking great. After several years, the steps are still in excellent condition and are solidly secure. We have seen other projects that Pete has completed and feel he offers excellent service and work. His wife, Audrey, is just as responsive with phone calls and following up. This is a wonderful local, family owned business.
We give our highest recommendation for 4M Inspect and would not hesitate to hire them again for contractor work and home inspection.

From start to finish the renovation went smoothly. They were able to demo the bathroom in one day and cleaned up afterwards. They then started to rebuild. The work seemed to flow well. Pete always kept me updated on how things were going. I always knew what to expect, which is a great feeling. They were very trustworthy. I have small children and it can be very uneasy feeling to have people working in the house. I did not have any uneasy feeling with this company. Pete and his employees are all very trustworthy and respectful. I was so pleased with them and the work that they do that I hired them again. They are currently renovating my master bath.
