I came to RM interested in a particular property, so I wasn't asking them to help me find the "right" place. However they were very cooperative in showing me the home several times. I really just wanted to sit down with the seller to work out a deal, but RM made the required indirect negotiations quite tolerable and as efficient as possible.
They also went out of their way to get access to and show me a nearby home that they knew was for sale but wasn't officially on the market.
They seem to be the listing agents for the majority of properties in the Livingston Manor area which means they're not depending on MLS to suggest properties as much as other agents might.
As an office with only two agents, you're guaranteed to get personal attention.
