We went and picked out the couch we wanted and it all went downhill from there.First there was the extra long waiting period for the couch to come into stock. After that we found out the the sales person either was misinformed or flat out lied to us about delivery. We asked if we could pick out a specfic time for delivery and was told by the saleswoman that we could do that,We wanted a morning to late afternoon delivery. When couch finally came in the delivery department called and we tried to set up a time and was then told that they deliver in the order the truck was loaded and they were unable to give us a early delivery. The delivery department still set up a delivery time during the week, after we asked for a weekend delivery, and the delivery truck was scheduled to be out sometime from late morning to early evening. I called and cancelled delivery but delivery truck was not given the canellation and i received a phone call at 7:30PM from truck driver stating they were in my driveway. I again called and asked for weekend delivery and was told fine, only to have the couch loaded up again and another failed delivery attempt. third time was the charm i was told a weekend delivery has been set up and they would be out first thing on the following Saturday. The truck showed up with 2 delivery people and my couch that was not wrapped or protected in anyway. I have a straight entry into my livingroom making it what i thought would be a east delivery. I asked the delivery people if they need my storm door or from door taken out of the way and was advised there was no need. the delivery people tried to get the couch into my house,after just throwing the pilows on the floor,they got stuck on the door and continued to try to force the couch into my house. I noticed that the couch was already damaged and told delivery people to stop and i would not accpet a damaged product.The deliveryman told me all i needed was touch up paint for the couch. I refused delivery still and they went to take couch out of the door way and ripped the couchback wide open. after they left i noticed my stormdoor and entry door were both damaged and the closer for the strom door had been ripped out of the door frame. I called and spoke to customer service told them i wanted a refund and not longer wanted the couch. I was told she could refund the couch but i would have to pay $100 for delivery,i was only charged $59 on my receipt for delivery. I told her i would go down the next day and take care of it. I went down andspoke to a General manager who refunded my total amount and ended my relationship with this store
