I had a good experience picking it out. They proceeded to install the floor. They destroyed my house. They busted up the baseboard. They don't use new. They put up cracked pieces. They would miss nails and put holes in my wall. They would miss the studs and the baseboard was coming off. They did give me a $400 credit but I refused to have them come back out. I had to hire a painter to come out and patch the holes and paint. They were punctual.
