Electrical Service
Called Steven based on ad in Yellow Pages. He answered and made arrangements for electrician to do the work in the afternoon. Didn't get an estimate on the phone and was not told of the service fee. Before the electrician arrived I discovered that the issue was tied to one outlet. Plug an appliance into outlet, circuit is dead, unplug appliance circuit has power. Electrician shows up with another person. They claim they are contractors who work for Steve. He replaces outlet but doesn't check anything else. I get billed for service call and labor. Could have replaced the outlet on my own but had never had these symptoms before.
