Terrible. Although they correctly identified the source (rotted sill, compromised flashing), they failed (3 times) to correctly re-install the window. In addition, their staff "carpenter" cut the outside casings too short, and they attempted to cover large gaps with copious amounts of caulk. The end result was a window even more vulnerable to leakage. I had to hire another contractor to do the job correctly.

They arrived on time and quickly found the problem when others weren't able to. They gave me a reasonable estimate and offered referrals from the BBB. Were able to start the repair on my time and finished when they said they would. Cleaned up all supplies. I"ve had no further leaks since the work was done.
