One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

We pay a yearly fee for the inspection and maintenance of our furnace and air conditioning units. A year ago at this time, unbeknownst to me, my husband had been smelling a faint gas odor in our basement occasionally. He did not want to worry me with it apparently. So when our annual inspection of the furnace came, he mentioned it to the service person. This led to the discovery of a cracked pipe or something and b/c our furnace was old anyway, and that this repair could be just one of many, therefore we decided to replace the whole thing. Did not decide to get installation from them b/c we have a family member in the commercial HVAC business (who would be too busy to do an annual inspection) but there work was very much appreciated.

I would not use their services again in the future.

They are an excellent service. They are very good. They have helped me out dramatically. They service my home on a routine basis. It was too cold when he came out to turn the air conditioner on. He said if I have any problem to call him and he would come back out and fix it. Everything has been working fine. I have a yearly contract with them. I have been with Charles there for going on 10-15 years. My new units came from them. They have saved me a lot of money. I will continue to use them.

They had to come three times before finding out the ignition unit was the problem. On the second visit they replaced something else and I had to pay for that. They didn't charge me for the two extra service calls. It was very cold so I appreciated that they responded on a Sunday. The technicians were very professional and courteous.

My first impression of Charles One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was through Dan, their sales representative. He was friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable. He answered all questions clearly and did not use any 'high pressure' tactics. He also answered additional questions I had when I phoned him. When the technician showed up the next day his appearance was that of a professional. He quickly assessed the nature of the job (air conditioning installation), promptly got his tools and equipment and went right to work. He was competent, efficient and provided an explanation of what he was doing. In all, positive in every respect-- a fair price and a very satisfactory transaction.

Workman arrived on time, very professional, put on booties every time they entered the house. Let me know when they were turning off the gas and electric and when they turned them back on. When work was completed they explained how everything was installed, how it was different from our old system, how the new thermostat worked. Cleaned up the basement when they were done.

The workers from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning Company did good work on the furnace repair. Everything they did with the gas line installation also went well. Their price was good. The quality of the work done was excellent. They were very punctual and responsive. I would use them again in the future.

I have had a service contract for about 10 years on an old furnace. This company has gone above and beyond to keep my furnace running .

I continue to use them, because of the plan. They seem to be knowledgeable and professional enough. I pay them on a monthly basis for the contract. I will continue to use them again in the future.
