The plumbing issue was discovered on the day that I was moving in. When the water was put into the tub upstairs I had water coming out of my living room ceiling downstairs. Every drain in the home was not properly sealed. The issue was corrected by the builder. The electrical issue happened a little over a year after I moved into my home. I had no power to my master bedroom. When I had someone investigate it they discovered that when the electrical panel was installed that the wiring for my master bedroom was never properly connected in the circuit breaker. I was told that had the wire arced my home would have caught on fire. The heating issue happen just recently when it was discovered that there was not heat going into my spare bedroom. When I had someone investigate this it was discovered that the heat run was never connected. I did contact the company that installed the furnace and the did come an resolve the issue without charging me. All these issue occurred due the poor quality workmanship of the builder. After contacting the town that I live in regarding the inspection process when a builder builds in their area all I was told that it must have been missed by the inspector and that they had multiple complaints against this builder.
