Have been taking my two small dogs to this facility for 8 years. Nothing but the best care and treatment. Price is comparable to all vets. Dr lender takes great pride in her work and treats them as if it they were her own.

The procedure went well. The price was more than I expected for this type of service. I had been using LAHC for 15 years and have been concerned about the price. The staff questioned me constantly as I asked for scripts for my dog to have the prescription filled elsewhere. I was told by the staff that the quality of other facilities wasn't as high as theirs. The vet was more interested in his own bottom line.

I've been using Liverpool Animal Health Center since I moved to Syracuse in 1995. They have always been very accommodating, and since day one, have always remembered who I was whenever I've called. The level of customer service there is stellar, and it's awesome that whenever I go for an appointment....they take the time to catch up with me and show genuine interest in me as a person. They have always been amazing with all of my animals, and even with the most skittish of them. The staff is great at putting them at ease, and putting us at ease when they get checked out. One of the main reasons why I will be always be loyal to them is because when I had to eventually put my most precious kitty down after a long illness (kidney failure), they were just as emotional as I was, and everyone working that night took a moment of their time to share their condolences (she had been a patient there for 13 years). Then when Christmas rolled around that year, I received the most amazing gift from them in the mail. They had taken an imprint of her paws when she died, signed her name to them, and made a Christmas ornament for me. That gesture moved everyone in my family to tears because we had no idea they had taken the imprints. It was completely unexpected, especially since she had passed a considerable amount of time before the holiday....I was extremely moved that they took the time to do it. You are not a number at Liverpool Animal Health Center. They are genuinely interested in both the patient and family. And I cannot say enough good things about them!

We're actually going to switch because it's super over priced. The quality is good and the wait time is around 15 minutes

Liverpool Animal Health Center are great, they are friendly and love my dog, sometimes they don't want to give her back to me. They spend a lot of time playing with my dog, I bring her for an appointment and the people in the kennel come out to see her. We have been using them since we got our first dog and I love them.

I love Liverpool veterinarians. I haven't used them in a little over a year because my puppies passed away but they took care of my dogs from the time that I got them. So they did a wonderful job. I absolutely would recommend them to others. They are not cheap and very expensive. I spend literally thousands of dollars on my one little girl puppy as she had to a special vet for a dental work as she had mouth cancer. So they were not the cheapest but they were not the one who would charge $5000 but then it was the specialists. The quality of work is wonderful. They have some of the greatest vets ever. They care for my dogs beautifully. I found that the people there were great. The staffs were fantastic. I only used one doctor there and when she left she recommended another one there and I used the same doctor through the whole time. They were fabulous. When it was time to make the hard decision, they were caring and loving and respectful. They were really wonderful and were there the entire time. When I had to make the tough decisions they were there.

If I could grade them higher than an A I would. I have used them for about 20 years. Before I moved here from Kansas I had a list of criteria from my old vet that a new vet should measure up to and this vet did that and was right down the street from me.

My cat ended up getting very sick very fast I took her to the vet and in the back of my head I knew she would have to be put down. The vet did the exam said it could be a few things did a few more test said she was dehydrated gave her a shot for fluids said her gums were infected gave her antibiotics left there spending well over $300 to get a phone call the next day saying she need to be put down right away another $150, did she seriously need all of this didn't even get a chance to give her any of the medicine, then we took my dog in for blood in her urine said it was a UTI so gave me medicine well 2 weeks later as soon as the medicine stoped it came back so I took her back but I requested a different vet and he said she still had the UTI and she wasn't given strong enough medicine for her weight last time. So why should I have to pay for another visit and more medicine when it was there error but that's what I had to do. I have know found a new vet which was sad because I have always went there even when I was a kid my parents brought our animals there but never again
