+ -1 moreThe agency really doesn't have their pulse on the market. They have extremely poor research skills and no added value in the process. Also, the agent answered questions incorrectly about the commission and then the owner refused to abide by those answers. They also pushed me to accept ridiculous clauses from the buyer. I wouldn't use this agency again if they were free.
Description of Work: Contracted this agency to sell my house in Radisson.
