I go to Honda City for all my car care. That is where I buy my cars and I like their service. I go to them for many different things. They provide quality service. I would not keep going if they did not give me “A” service! I lease cars and they get regular inspections. Great service!

The bearing was replaced, however the break lines were not secured properly e.g. not secured at all. This detail causes a huge safety issue. The cotter pins were not installed properly to the steering tie rod, another safety issue. The car needed a lower ball joint, which was faulty and went unnoticed by the technician. (Any halfway decent tech. Would notice this because he had to disconnect the ball joint to remove the bearing). Furthermore, the shop did not perform a front end alignment after having the front end apart. I would not recommend this shop at all they are going to get someone hurt, if they haven't already, for their blatant lack of attention to detail.

Service associate who set up the appointment suggested fluids replacement in addition to regular maintenance given CRV's 6 year age and 15K milage. Service assistant wrote up order and confirmed usefulness of service items. Promised 3 hour wait time and gave estimated cost. Same service assistant delivered the car faster than promised for less than estimated. Battery was replaced under its replacement parts warrantee at no cost.
I'm planning on a replacement vehicle when funds permit and Honda City service is a strong motivation to purchase a Honda versus another make at dealers with inferior service departments.

Following the purchase and installation of an accessory, the service department washed the new car with a stiff nylon brush. Their heavy nylon brushing caused hundreds of scratches in the car's paint finish and lights. Their solution to the nylon brush scratches was to buff and wax the car. Their buffing increased the number of scratches from hundreds to thousands. Resulting in the new car's nickname shiny and scratchy.

I have two Honda's and I always go to them. I've never bought a car from them but I go there for my car service. I'm supposed to go to them in a couple of week's time for a forty thousand miles service. I know they do oil change. Most of the times I've gone there, I've had no problems with their service. They are professional. I think the price of another dealer is cheaper than Honda. Sometimes the other dealer would not charge me for something but Honda would. My car's check engine light was on and these guys were to charge me a lot for diagnoses. I went to a car dealer in a different place and told them about the check engine light. He connected to a computer, it took him five minutes to fix it and he didn't charge me for it. If you have a guy who can connect it a computer, fix the problem in five minutes and charge you a lot for diagnoses, you would be thinking to yourself what's going on. I don't know if Honda is doing their job or over charging. Honda would charge you for things that a local or not a big dealership would charge you for. I anyways go to them for Honda parts and they are probably going to fix it right.
