He was very slow in erecting the fence. He did not prioritize finishing the project. He also did not properly measure and set the posts. After several weeks he abandoned the project without finish the remaining 10 linear feet and not attaching the gate. He also did not secure all of the fence panels and did not replace the warped panels as promised. He installed a paver patio. It luckily does slope away from the house, but it has a shallow spot in the middle where water collects. The railing on the front porch was not finished. And the angles were poorly measured and cut. He also did not finish the sides of the porch -- after asking for more money. He severed all communication and would not return phone calls, emails, or text messages. He stated that he would also haul away the stones from our old patio but never did. Be wary of his services --- he will want to start immediately --- and give you 'low' prices --- only to try and haggle for more money at the end, and walk off without finishing the project without any notice or communication. He initially provided excuses for why he was not returning -- but after a week -- stopped providing excuses or responses of any sort.
