GOLD'S GYM

I have been going there for 15 years.  I go for their classes and it is a good facility.

I don't use any personal training services or anything. The facility is close to where I work and I think it's a good place to work out.

I use them regularly. There is nothing that is outstanding, it's an average gym. There is nothing noteworthy.

The gym is (usually) very clean, with a wide assortment of machines, free weights, and plenty of group classes.
I was met with a and quot;program directorand quot; and was and quot;assignedand quot; a trainer named Jerry R. He is TOUGH, but he really knows his stuff and monitors your activity in and out of the gym to make sure you're doing what you need to be doing.
The management seems to make random decisions without consulting the members - moving the training room, really?? - but the staff there that you interact with day-to-day are all very friendly.

I think they are terrific. They are providing a huge assortment of classes for different levels of abilities. It is very clean and they are very accommodating. We have had a membership request some time and I still keep the membership, because I don't want to not be able to go. For what they provide, their prices are definitely fair, but you have to really take advantage of what they have to offer in order to get value for your money.

They are great and I will recommend for people to definitely go to them. I think they have a competitive price and they're very professional. They are convenient and they've been great.

They are excellent. I really like all their equipment. I like the way the gym is configured. If I do want to ask any questions, they are very courteous, and they are always willing to talk to me. They say hello to me when I come in the door, and they say goodbye to me when I leave. Their customer service, from what I have observed, is really good. My feeling is that they have always been a very good operation. They keep it clean and neat in there. They have a very good supply of products for people to buy. Their service is really attentive and courteous. The staff is very friendly. I do everything by myself but my husband did go to personal trainers there, and he had very good results. I would recommend them.

The gym was always well cleaned and maintained. The pool was often crowded with aqua aerobics and other joggers, and it only has 3 lanes, but if you went at the right time you could swim laps. The treadmills and ellipticals had personal tvs which made the tedium less mind-numbing. The staff was courteous and friendly. If it wasn't for the extremely high monthly fee ($40 for myself) I would still be a member.
