Billy was very friendly, punctual, and professional. When he realized the job was going to be a bit more complicated than either of us expected (the width of the dog door was slightly wider than the panel in the door where it was to be installed), he explained things clearly and did his best to work within the constraints. Me and the dog were both pleased with the result! Billy is trustworthy, knowledgeable and clearly an experienced builder. Plus, he's always got a smile on his face, which makes him great to have around however long or short the project!
