+ 0 moreThey missed many problems with the house that required very costly repairs. Needed to replace the entire HVAC system for over $5000, missed carpenter ant damage that cost $3500 to repair, missed rotted window sills that requied $2000 to repair, missed leaking basement that cost $2500 to repair. Might as well gave a blind person look at your house. Not very thorough and obviously not very knowledgeable.
