A straight-forward and competent company who arrived as scheduled and completed the relocation most satisfactory. Movers are well-equipped with a variety of ramps, pads, and floor protection. Would highly recommend these gentlemen for your relocation needs. Will definitely hire them again if needed.

The move was perfect. This is the 2nd time I've used this company. They are pros and I would not trust my piano with any other mover in this area. They treat the piano as if it were their own. They are prompt, careful and professional. I can't say enough positive things about them. I have spoken to four other people that have used this mover and they have had the same positive experience. Additionally, the price is very reasonable.

Three days before the scheduled move, I received a message indicating that my move may have to be rescheduled. It turned out that we only had to adjust the time. We were able to be flexible so it wasn't an issue. Tracy kept me informed as to ETA of the crew several times during the day. I was not at the pick up location, but it was reported to me that the crew was friendly and efficient. I had the same experience on the receiving end. Upon delivery, they shared their expertise as far as the condition of the piano what might need to be done. I asked for and received a recommendation for a tuner. We were very happy with the all aspects of the service--on the phone and in person.

Compared to others I called their price wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't the most expensive. They were early, quick, professional and had no complaints. Referred to me by a reputable business I would use them again.

Very responsive.  I was originally given a 2 hour window the day before the move.  The day of the move I asked to be called when they were 30min from the first home.  The mover called 30min prior.  When I arrived (about 30min), they had already loaded the piano into the trailer.  Very professional and they had all of the right tools for the job so as to not damage the piano or the floors.

I was in a bind in terms of timing and this company was able to help me out within a few days. The movers were prompt and courteous and moved the two items carefully.

This is the company that does all the piano moving for my spouse's school, SUNY Oswego, and they had helped move this particular piano into our Oswego house in 2009. It had been delivered by movers from Rochester, but I hadn't measured our new split-level properly and the piano wouldn't clear the ceiling on the front stairs! The Carney and Blumer guys (there were 3) saved the situation, with some extra help from some strong friends, who had to lift the piano horizontally through the kitchen.
The piano went back to Rochester yesterday (Aug. 2013), so we knew that Carney and Blumer 's men would remember the tricky situation getting the piano out of the house. I hadn't been there in 2009 but was with them yesterday, and they couldn't have been better, more efficient or more professional. Extremely nice as well. I was a little worried that only two movers came rather than the three that had been promised, but we had enough people at the loading end, and the receiving situation at the Eastman School of Music was easy for them. I've shipped my piano around the country and used lots of movers, but never any more satisfactory than Carney and Blumer. I noted in particular that they had all the necessary boards, pads, covers and straps to completely wrap the piano, sometimes movers try to get by with partial padding. They could not have done better for us.

They were wonderful and very accomodating. We had bought a piano at an estate sale. The guys were supposed to get the piano out of the house and put it in the Uhaul. The piano would not fit in the Uhaul. These guys took the cap off a pick up truck and loaded it in the truck. These 2 guys were just as nice as they could be. We had hired them to move another piano and they were great.
