Description of Work: I had a problem with the front brakes in my car. Long story short, something was rubbing against the brake and there was black smoke and a nasty smell coming from the car. I took it to the Bayberry Service Center. They fixed it, but while they had it up on the lift, they noticed that my rear brakes needed replacing. I had them replace the rear brakes also. A few days later, my rear brakes started making a "crunching" noise. I called them and they told me to bring the car in. A small piece of cable from my parking brake had broken off and that's what was making the crunching noise. They fixed it at no charge!

 + -1 moreFor the last 20+ years, my family has used the Bayberry Service Center for up to 8 cars. I am moving but I will try to use them whenever I am in the area. My son will continue to use them. I have complete trust and faith the they will fix my cars each and every time in a cost effective and efficient manner. I cannot thank them enough.

 + -1 moreI have confidence in his and quot;no nonsenseand quot; attitude, and the fact that he's managed to stay in business a very long time.
Description of Work: Replaced passenger side rearview mirror with one that he, (Matt the owner) located through his connections; allowing me both to actually use it (it had gotten smashed and I couldn't see out of it) AND pass inspection without paying a fortune to replace the whole unit . I was very relieved as my car is now 13 years old, and of course I don't like putting money into parts that aren't relavent to keeping it running! I was very pleased that the owner went to the trouble, as there was clearly not much profit in it for him. He could easily have told me to come back when I get the mirror fixed.
