Mr. Crane, the owner of the company originally installed our alarm system some years ago and has always been available for occasional service calls. As a result of Hurrican Sandy, our downstairs (family room, bedroom, bathroom, entry doors required rewiring, new sensors, etc....restoration of the alarm system, basically. He arrived on time...stayed for the time it took to complete the job...checked the sensors/contacts in other parts of the house...His rate was most reasonable or labor and parts and he did the job he was supposed to...plus...I would recommend him to anybody.

BUTTONS STARTED STICKING ON THE CONTROL PANEL, SO THE SECURITY COMPANY REPLACED IT WITH AN UPDATED PANEL. WHEN THE ALARM DOES GO OFF, THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND.
