 + -1 moreI called him after about a year and a half because the unit was really loud and I couldn't take it anymore. When I called him he pretty much told me that I got a lemon and nothing he could do about it. It turns out it was a lemon and the compressor was broke on it. He initially overcharged me as well and it didn't even come with a warranty. I had to go somewhere else to get it replaced, and it was cheaper to get a brand new air conditioner with a warranty.
Description of Work: I purchased an air conditioning unit from him about 2 years ago. He did not offer an extended warranty.

 + -1 moreWhen they came over they were very insulting. They called up first at 6:45 am. We asked them to come after 9 if they could, and they came at 8. I said to them that they're early and they said that's because we work and you don't. They looked at the machine and they said they would have to take it to the shop to steam clean it because it has mildew which would be $275.00. The machine cost $300.00. When we told them it was a lot of money they said it has to be done. They were here fifteen minutes. They were constantly upping the price. They were very nasty.
Description of Work: They said that they would come and clean the air conditioner thoroughly and evaluate its functioning for the advertised price of $25.00. When they got here, they said that the offer was expired, so it would now be $65.00.

 + -1 moreTHEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB & ARE A GREAT COMPANY. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME & VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN DOING THEIR JOB. I HAD A FRIEND WHO USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES & RECOMMENDED THEM TO ME.
