Exterior Painting and Staining Service
We originally hired Alfredo to paint the exterior of our house. It was well done and quick. We then, to his suggestion, decided to repaint the deck. He claimed he would ?do it right? and we wouldn?t have the same peeling issues from the previous contractor. Well this was more than triple the cost and within not even a month we had a large piece of paint peeling off the deck. We sent him a pic, he came and fixed it and assured us it wasn?t going the happen again. Less than 2 months after that we have large stripes of paint peeling off, even in areas covered/protected from the elements. I told him I was extremely disappointed. He promised he?d come to fix during the holiday season and we have not heard from him. If upon starting the deck he realized the wood wasn?t going to hold up for what was needed he should have told us and not followed through. Instead his story changed throughout the project. Initially claiming that it would last years to it just being a temporary solution. And he only said that at the end of the project. Temporary for $3000?!?!?! He also always had a personal excuse for delays. We feel very taken advantage of.

I hired John to paint my daughters apartment. The unit was a 60 year old two bedroom apartment. Being 60 years old the apt. had numerous defects onthe ceilings and walls. John spent a day repairing walls, ceilings and doors before painting. His work was flawless. With his attention to detail the apt. now looks amazing If this was not enough his prices are competitive.I would highly recommend this talented and honest contractor.
