They came out when they said they would, and performed the work they had said they would also. It was nice to have no surprises. They price was higher than I would of liked, but they cleans up and everything was great.

Gerard came over for an estimate a few hours after I called. He examined the large tree whose branches had fallen and pointed out a large cavity in the trunk which could cause it to collapse. After getting an estimate from another company (also from Angie's List) for slightly less, I decided to go with Gerard because I was impressed with his knowledge of trees. He was able to do the work later that week, arrived promptly, and everything went as planned. His two workers were very skillful and cleaned up meticulously.

This was a very good experience. Gerard returned my phone message promptly. We were able to set up a date for an estimate very soon and the work was scheduled and completed within a week. Everything was done as we expected and Gerard was interested in hearing what we had to say about the job. We also felt that the price was reasonable.

REMOVING THE TWO TREES HAS MADE MY YARD LOOK MUCH BIGGER. I CAN NOW PLANT FLOWERS AND BUSHES IN THEIR PLACE. THE TREES WERE DEAD AND TOOK UP TOO MUCH SPACE.

THEY PAID SPECIAL ATTENTION WHEN CUTTING DOWN THE TREE TO KEEP THE BRANCHES FROM HITTING MY HOME. THIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON REMOVING THE STUMPS AND PUTTING SOME CHEMICALS IN THE AREA TO KILL ANY REMAINING TREE THEY WERE UNABLE TO REMOVE.

THE SERVICE MAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DEFINITELY ON TIME WHEN THE JOB WAS SCHEDULED. THE REMOVAL OF THE TREES MAKES THE YARD LOOK SO MUCH BETTER AND I HAVE A LOT MORE ROOM.
