The plumber got the work done quickly, efficiently, and effectively. He is professional and honest. He is the type of person who will not try to sell you more than you need. He will tell you exactly just what is needed to get the job done at a bare minimum and if you want more bells and whistles that's up to the customer. He fixed leaky sink pipes that were over 50 years old and we haven't had a problem since. He also unclogged the pipes. We definitely plan to have him come back to do more work as needed. We highly recommend William J. Murray Plumbing and Heating.

We recently had our bathroom totally renovated. Bill gave us an estimate and explained the necessary work that was required. We decided to wait a while before proceeding on this project. He was returned our call immediately and showed up the next day. Bill has done a lot of work for my elderly mother in law. He even showed up at her house at 7:30 pm when she had water in her basement and called a town official to straighten things out. She is very comfortable with him and knows that she can trust him.

I called Bill when I discovered this @ 5 am.  Living 20 miles

away, (Whitney Point,)  He was there by  5:30 AM....diagnosed the problem.....and was done by 7:00 AM.  It is not possible to recommend him more highly!!!!!
